It is a practice of observing thoughts and learning to release them without judgement while bringing one’s awareness to the present moment. This allows us to release thoughts that are not in alignment with what we choose to experience.

Yes and No. Our knowing directs our response to life, and life responds back, and it will be through observation we will know whether what is taking us away is in alignment with what we choose to experience.

There are many labels to define this place but none in my opinion can define this place as it simply is, as I am, and as you are. We call this state-of-mind living with awareness and understanding, Ascended Living.
