I've come to embrace that this state-of-being with complete presence, found in the spaces between, is not a way of life, nor associated with any group or organization. As I remember that Light, or life force, exists in everyone, and I create my experiences from this place.

My awareness, which I embody, dictates my movement. If it is not Aligned and present in my body, I may move out of Alignment — this is the essence of my practice.

Through remembering and Aligning, we integrate, accept, and reclaim lost parts of ourselves from the past into our present, enabling growth and restoration.
The growth process involves embracing new perspectives, and developing self-compassion.
The restoration process involves integrating painful, messy, and difficult past experiences with SELF (i.e. all you see and do not see), that may feel like "scars." This is done by accepting and learning to coexist rather than trying to hide or eliminate them. This creates wholeness in the present.
The cycle ends with Alignment.
Through the years of personal meditation practices, my inner work, and my deep study of mind-body-spirit dynamics, I've guided people from all backgrounds in responding to life from presence.
While this work is deeply transformative and supports inner growth, it is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. My focus is on guiding awareness and Alignment in the present moment.
