I'm here, to reflect back your inherent capacity for awareness. 

Hi, my name is SisterSol. I work with individuals who are interested in developing deeper self-awareness and intentional living.

My work centers on reflective dialogue and contemplative practices that strengthen metacognitive awareness—the ability to observe thought, evaluate alignment with personal values, and choose intentional responses. 

This process embraces new perspectives. Accepting and learning to coexist with past experiences, rather than trying to hide or erase them—particularly when they involve others—allows us to integrate the past and cultivate wholeness in the present.

While deeply transformative, this work is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. Its focus is on cultivating awareness, Alignment, and intentional living in the present moment. 

I offer services for private and group, as well as products on my website, with additional group offerings available through Eventbrite.

I help individuals and families strengthen awareness so they can respond to life with greater steadiness and clarity.
