A: This work requires presence, preparation, and responsibility. Offering it within a professional container allows me to show up fully and sustainably. Payment supports the integrity of the work and honors the time and energy involved.
A: No. This work is about presence and awareness, not belief systems. People come from many backgrounds and orientations. What matters most is a willingness to pause, reflect, and explore experience honestly.
A: No. This work is spiritual and contemplative in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, or mental health treatment, and it does not involve diagnosis or prescribed outcomes. The focus is on awareness, presence, and discernment rather than treatment or intervention.
A: At times, yes. I may share general information about the interrelationship of mind, body, and inner life to support awareness and understanding. This information is educational and reflective, not diagnostic or prescriptive.
A: Yes. I may share general, educational information about how the body, mind, and inner life interact, especially where it supports awareness and self-understanding. This information is offered to help you notice patterns and make your own informed choices. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace medical or mental health care.
A: No. I don’t give advice or directives. Instead, I support you in seeing more clearly so your own insight, choices, and direction can emerge. When alignment is restored, many challenges begin to resolve naturally.
A: Some conversations naturally stay light, playful, or social. When guidance, reflection, or discernment begins, that requires a specific container. In sessions, attention, presence, and support are held intentionally so insight can be integrated. Outside of sessions, that level of focus is not offered — and that’s part of protecting the integrity of the work, while honoring shared space.
A: I offer guidance and companionship grounded in presence, awareness, and discernment. The work supports people in recognizing patterns, reconnecting with inner clarity, and responding to life from alignment rather than habit or reactivity.
A: When guidance or reflective work is offered casually, it’s often consumed rather than integrated. A clear container supports responsibility, presence, and genuine change. It allows insight to be received with care, rather than extracted in passing, and protects both the person receiving support and the integrity of the work itself.
A: Yes, though informal conversations are not structured to create transformation. To offer guidance responsibly, the work is best experienced in a session. This ensures clarity, presence, and space for reflection. Outside of that, I may share perspective lightly or reflect personally, but the depth of the work is held in its proper container.
A: Many people are oriented to goals, results, or change. My work focuses on Alignment and presence, which naturally shifts perception, patterns, and energy over time. This is why guidance isn’t about chasing specific results but about reclaiming self-agency and responding to life in ways that feel authentic. Transformation emerges when presence is held, not forced.
A: Yes — though not by chasing outcomes directly. We may begin with a challenge, question, or desire, that feels unresolved, but the work or focus itself is not outcome-driven, but on how you are relating to it. When presence and Alignment deepen, decisions become clearer and action becomes more effective — in your own way. As clarity and resolution often arise as a byproduct of Alignment, not effort.
A: You can simply be present with me, without seeking guidance or insight. Not every interaction requires meaning, teaching, or deep reflection. Being together, noticing, and enjoying shared experiences is also part of growth. Presence itself is nourishing.
A: My work is about empowering people to reclaim their own path, not giving solutions. While curiosity is welcome, free guidance or informal “advice” doesn’t allow the work to fully integrate. Sessions provide structure, space, and attention to ensure the guidance is useful and contained — which is ultimately the most supportive way to experience the work.
A: It is a practice of observing and letting go in the moment.
A: There can be various triggers that differ in nature from person to person.
Some commonalities are:
*Big life changes
*Pressure from outside sources [i.e., school, work, relationships, events]
*Challenges [i.e., physical, emotional, financial in nature]
*Concerns [i.e., for a loved one, ourselves, our world]
*Traumatic event [i.e., conflict, accident, natural disaster, abuse, isolation]
*Uncertainty and change covering many aspects of life
A: A path to yourself.
A: #PeacefulHarmony is about achieving balance and understanding, where people and different elements come together in a way that feels natural and Aligned. To live in peace and harmony, it's essential to foster cooperation and embrace unity. Some key ways to cultivate a peaceful life include: showing love and acceptance rather than trying to control others, nurturing inner calm, practicing tolerance, reflecting on our own thoughts and actions, and embodying the positive changes we wish to see in the world.
A: You have. It isn't that it will promote #PeacefulHarmony, it is that it may open the door to what you already possess. To connect with inner knowing, when you move to the the spaces between, prompts you to not only know you have, but to see it too. Your response matters along with accountability and responsibility. When we create this space between thought and embrace our Light, we are made aware of details, data points, that may not be visible otherwise. With these data points you now have a choice to respond differently to life, you can embrace your knowing while observing all data points, or you can ignore the data points, or you can resist the data points. What you do, your response matters, at this junction. Our products are tools available to you to assist in the process of embracing the Light within, the I AM, where labels can not come close to define I AM as it is undefinable.
A: *Meditation [i.e., developing techniques to use during flare ups]
*Rest/Sleep
*Tools [i.e., understanding SELF is the key combined with tools to use in the moment]
*We offer techniques, tools, and information to understand SELF, so that these strategies are easily available, and you are successful.
A: Understanding Self; A knowledge bank to elevate clients to reach their best life. Knowing we have the tools and information that can guide you to know and experience eternal peace while in form which some call "heaven on earth."
Being brings an understanding that stems from our deep connection to all existence. This experience can be felt as transformative. That is why it is important to us to be non-judgmental and compassionate with our clients in every session as we know the depth of this work.
A: Yes and No. Our knowing directs our response to life, and life responds back, and it will be through observation we will know whether what is taking us away is in Alignment with what we choose to experience.
A: It comes from a place where connection to all existence exists.
A: There are many labels to define this place but none in my opinion can define this place as it simply is, as I AM, and as YOU ARE. We call this state-of-being living with presence.
A: Being requires to come as you are, as I AM, with presence. Know that your response to life will change and transform as you move bringing many “Light” moments.
A: It requires being, completely present. As your presence expands, so too will your life. As you go through the process you will understand this at a deeper level.
A: To connect with inner knowing is critical. We all know what to do and how to respond to life, and in this knowing, life itself responds back and we live experiences.
A: Yes. A No-Mind is a mind without mind. A mind not fixed or occupied by thought or emotion and thus open to everything while maintaining the principles of integrity, presence, accountability, responsibility, and unconditional love. Being in Alignment brings this state of Being into all waking hours moving through life while responding. It moves to create a life of peace, balance, youthfulness, health and wellbeing in the mind, body, and spirit.
