A Guidance Practitioner guides clients to a state-of-being, Being in Alignment, with complete presence empowering them to cultivate greater presence, balance, and Alignment in how they relate to life. It is NOT a Professional Counselor or Doctor. It does not address mental health, medical, or psychological conditions.
Guidance Practitioner
1. Focus on the present.
2. Do not give advice; Guide and empower clients so that they feel more resourced to discern their own next steps.
3. Help clients strengthen their capacity to respond with intention to experience a greater sense of wholeness.
4. Offer compassion, a kindness rooted in an appreciation of other human beings, with the intention of accompanying clients as they relate differently to suffering, without attempting to treat, resolve, or remove it.
5. Guide clients with support in exploring inner life and presence to live with greater peace and Alignment.
6. Providing a platform for profound introspection, enabling clients to explore their deepest SELF and cultivate greater resilience through presence. Clients often develop a resilient mindset, able to weather life’s ups and downs with poise and grace.
Professional Counselor or Doctor
1. Focus on past experiences.
2. Licensed Professional.
3. Helps clients with mental health, relationship, or physical concerns or emergencies.
4. Connecting mind and/or body experiences together to make sense of what happened in the past leading up to the moment of the client showing up for professional help.
5. Professionals are held to a local authority to provide best practices to keep client/patient safe and get the best care possible implementing a research-driven practice.
6. Always seek a professional if you believe you have an urgent matter and are concerned for your health and well-being where advice is needed, not just guidance.

You don’t need to get it right.
You don’t need to get it perfect.
You just need to listen.
Not to noise — to the stillness underneath it.
The world will always try to hand you answers.
But the only ones that last come from within.
Come home to yourself. Again and again.

This guidance is experiential and relational, not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical care.
It’s a way of being that is actively alert, expanding into your essence.
It’s a way of being rooted in the inner state that gives rise to your actions: aligned with presence, energy, and your core self.
It’s a way of being unconditional positive regard: a state that’s not just a feeling, but a field you choose to hold and move from.
It’s who you are at the core, beyond actions or choices.
It’s a path you follow inward: anchoring awareness into the body, arriving in embodied awareness, where mind and body are one.
It’s the SELF you remember.
This practice is experiential, relational, and ongoing.
Accessible anytime. Anywhere. With anyone.
It begins with awareness: noticing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as they arise.
It deepens through discernment: choosing not to engage with thoughts that disconnect you from your sense of balance, and Alignment with your core Self.
You simply return, again and again, to Alignment with your Core Self.
The practice is not about perfection: it’s about presence.
But when you are present and Aligned, you are perfection in action.
It’s a way to be.
Existence, in its essence, is being present—not a spiritual belief or part of any one religion. In being, existence lives within both believers and non-believers.
1. Harmonize — Inherent worth: whole and complete.
2. Emotional Regulation.
3. Harmonize with the core self: presence and energy, beliefs and values (including personal characteristics such as attitudes, interactions, mental image of self, etc.).
***
1. Responses Expand the Inner Self — While presence is a physical state, living is an intentional and qualitative way of being—shaped by our beliefs, values, choices, and sense of purpose. This expands the inner, core self through the act of living.
2. Responses Embody integrity, presence, accountability, responsibility, unconditional love, and the empowerment of choice—knowing that how you respond to life shapes both your inner and outer worlds.
3. Responses Are Intentional and Qualitative — intentional with energy, time, and resources; qualitative in the energy you bring, the truth you live, and the values you embody (i.e., the depth of your character and felt experience).
4. Responses Are Balanced.
5. Responses Maintain balance, and harmony in mind, body, and spirit—a state of heightened presence and well-being.
6. Responses Expand Self-Awareness — by realigning with the core self through reflection; objectively holding thoughts and emotions, and understanding how they influence actions.
7. Responses Transform Mindset — when Aligned, the perception of challenges dissolves. The focus shifts to having experiences in Alignment with balance, and a sense of well-being in my mind, body, and spirit. This includes accepting our Alignment and trusting our inner knowing of how to remain Aligned beyond the ego-self.
If this way of being resonates with you, you are warmly invited to explore further.
