There are various meditation techniques that can help to reduce stress, including deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery. We will explore techniques to experience results. All these techniques can be practiced by beginners to raise their self awareness.
Understanding SELF, all parts, including nutrition and the mind, with the whole, will elevate your meditation practices while relieving stress.
