Why Our Sessions Work
This group is for anyone interested in meditation, mindfulness, stress reduction, self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
Together, we explore practical ways of understanding ourselves more deeply through guided practice and everyday awareness. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, you'll find a welcoming space to explore your inner experience with curiosity and intention.
My work helps people develop a clearer relationship with their mind, body, and inner experience through guided meditation, relational awareness, reflective practice, and everyday application.
Rather than striving to empty the mind or achieve a perfect state, we learn to observe our thoughts, emotions, and experiences with awareness and compassion. Over time, these practices support greater clarity, emotional well-being, resilience, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of well-being. This is what I call living meditation—bringing awareness into everyday life.
These gatherings are educational and experiential, supporting personal exploration while complementing—not replacing—therapy and medical care. They are also valuable for professionals who work with people, as cultivating self-awareness can strengthen presence, resilience, and connection with others.
The Understanding SELF Practice Series explores self-awareness through four core modules:
Module 1: Guided Meditation
The foundation of inner awareness and attention.
Module 2: Relational Awareness
Exploring connection, communication, and awareness in relationships.
Module 3: Reflective Practice
Understanding thoughts, emotions, habits, and identity patterns.
Module 4: Integration
Applying awareness in everyday life through living meditation.
Each module focuses on a different aspect of practice and may be attended independently.
