A state-of-being, Being in Alignment, with complete presence, found in the spaces between, is not a way of life, and isn’t associated with any group or organization. It represents the guidance and transformative nature and is the cornerstone of my upcoming book:
Understanding SELF: The Internal and External Voice of Thought
Readers and clients alike are invited to explore the depths of self-awareness, meditation, and spiritual growth.
Stay tuned for the release of Understanding SELF and learn more about how Being in Alignment can transform your journey.
My meditation practice isn’t tied to any particular belief system; it’s more about cultivating awareness, observing thought, and creating the space to respond to life with clarity instead of habit. Many people with secular, scientific, Buddhist, and many common religious backgrounds connect with the approach because it’s centered on presence rather than doctrine.
I offer space to reconnect with inner peace by Aligning presence, thought, and True Self. Over the years, meditation has shifted from something I do to something I live. I've had profound experiences in stillness, but the most meaningful part has been learning how to carry that awareness into daily life - an active state of presence where I don't miss the subtle "data points" that guide clarity, connection, and wise decision-making.
This active state of awareness is what I now teach, because it supports Alignment, insight, and a more grounded way of moving through the world.
