Through remembering and Aligning, the process of integrating, accepting, and reclaiming lost parts from the past into our present occurs, enabling growth and spiritual restoration.
The growth process involves embracing new perspectives, and developing self-compassion.
The spiritual restoration process involves integrating painful, messy, and difficult past experiences with SELF (i.e. all you see and do not see), that may feel like "scars." This is done by accepting and learning to coexist rather than trying to hide or eliminate them.
The cycle ends with Alignment.
Through the years of personal meditation practices, my inner work, and my deep study of mind-body-spirit dynamics, I've guided people from all backgrounds in responding to life from presence.
While this work is deeply transformative and supports inner growth, it is spiritual in nature and not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. My focus is on guiding awareness and Alignment in the present moment.
