Hi, my name is SisterSol, I'm a Spiritual Guide and I know that everything I see and do not see is connected to all of existence.
When I choose to respond to life from this knowing, where all of existence is found, I begin to respond to life differently, and it is in my response, that life itself responds back. I am here to experience life by living, and as I do, I know that I impact my life directly, and through my connection to existence, I impact others as well.

The healing process involves integrating painful, messy, and difficult past experiences with SELF (i.e. all you see and do not see), that may feel like "scars," by accepting and learning to coexist rather than trying to hide or eliminate them.
The cycle ends with alignment.
Through the years of personal meditation practices, my inner work, and my deep study of mind-body-spirit dynamics, I've guided people from all backgrounds in responding to life from presence.
