what am I teaching?

"Being in Alignment" Defined:

It’s a way of being that is actively alert, expanding into your essence.

It’s a way of being that is grounded in peace.

It’s a way of being rooted in the inner state that gives rise to your actions: aligned with presence, energy, and your true self.

It’s a way of being unconditional love: a state that’s not just a feeling, but a field you choose to hold and move from.  

It’s who you are at the core, beyond actions or choices.

It’s a path you follow inward: anchoring awareness into the body, arriving in embodied awareness, where mind and body are one.

It’s the SELF you remember.


Accessible anytime. Anywhere. With anyone.


It begins with awareness: noticing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as they arise.

It deepens through discernment: choosing not to engage with thoughts that disconnect you from your sense of peace, balance, and alignment with your true self.


You simply return, again and again, to alignment with your true self.

The practice is not about perfection: it’s about presence.
But when you are present and aligned, you are perfection in action.

It’s a way to be.

Key Principles:

Existence, in its essence, is being present—not a spiritual belief or part of any one religion. In being, existence lives within both believers and non-believers.

1.  Harmonize with Light — Inherent worth: whole, complete, and perfect.

2.  Connected to Inner Peace.

3.  Harmonize with the True Self: presence and energy, beliefs and values (including personal characteristics such as attitudes, interactions, mental image of self, etc.).

In living:

1.  Responses Expand the Inner Self — While presence is a physical state, living is an intentional and qualitative way of being—shaped by our beliefs, values, choices, and sense of purpose. This expands the inner, true self through the act of living.

2.  Responses Embody integrity, presence, accountability, responsibility, unconditional love, and the empowerment of choice—knowing that how you respond to life shapes both your inner and outer worlds.

3.  Responses Are Intentional and Qualitative — intentional with energy, time, and resources; qualitative in the energy you bring, the truth you live, and the values you embody (i.e., the depth of your character and felt experience).

4.  Responses Are Balanced.

5.  Responses Maintain peace, balance, and a healthy mind, body, and spirit—a state of heightened well-being.

6.  Responses Expand Self-Awareness — by realigning with the true self through reflection; objectively holding thoughts and emotions, and understanding how they influence actions.

7.  Responses Transform Mindset — when aligned, the perception of challenges dissolves. The focus shifts to having experiences in alignment with peace, balance, health, and well-being in my mind, body, and spirit. This includes accepting our alignment and trusting our inner knowing of how to remain aligned beyond the ego-self.

Origin and Vision:

I’ve been practicing Being in Alignment for decades.


Through this practice, I’ve experienced a kind of ascension—
not above anyone, anything, or even life itself,
but in a fundamental, energetic sense.


Energy has frequency.
It vibrates. It oscillates.


When I began to shed old attachments—
to beliefs, to values—
and aligned more deeply with my true self,
I began to resonate at a higher frequency:
faster, more refined oscillations of energy and awareness.

Existence is about being.
Something simply is.


Need is about what something requires to function or thrive.


I exist.
I do not need Light to thrive.
I am Light.


There is no perceived separation in the true self.


But when my ego-self is not aligned with my true self,
need appears as lack—
a lack the ego attempts to fill,
in order to feel whole or stable.

I embody my awareness in form.
And form does require something to thrive.


This distinction is critical.

When I am not aligned,
my ego-self may perceive a lack
even when I already have what I need.


From this misperception,
I may move out of alignment—
out of integrity, presence, accountability, responsibility, and unconditional love.


And in doing so,
I create unrest in myself
and in others.


While I am not accountable or responsible for another’s perception,
I am accountable and responsible for my own.


Our Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Values:


🔹 Mission (What we do)
We offer space to reconnect with inner peace—
through teachings, spiritual guidance, and meditation (group and private),
as well as digital content, printed materials, and transformative experiences.
All of this is offered for those who choose a state of being
marked by peace through aligning presence, energy, and true self.


🔹 Vision (Where we are going)
As more individuals return to full presence
and live from inner knowing,
a global ripple effect is created—
awakening balance, clarity, and compassion throughout the world.


🔹 Purpose (Why we exist)
To support the evolution of human consciousness
by helping individuals live meaningful, fulfilling lives—
centered in peace, balance, and well-being
in their mind, body, and spirit.


🔹 Values (How we operate)
We honor personal integrity, presence, accountability, responsibility,
unconditional love, and the empowerment of choice—
knowing that how we respond to life
shapes both our inner and outer worlds.

Meaning:

Being, or being in alignment, simply is. There is a way to understand the word(s), but it is ultimately undefinable.


That said, my ego-self views words, actions, and all things through the lens of my past experiences. However, I remember that old experiences do not predetermine new ones.


With this understanding, I cease to label or judge what my eyes see. Since words are not definable, the very act of defining causes the definition to collapse into existence.


I can only write from my own experience, which includes the common threads I share with humanity. If it resonates with others and they apply it to their lives, I am grateful to have served in some way—so that you, too, may have experiences of your own choosing, whatever that may look like for you.


I am not responsible or accountable for your responses to life, but I am responsible and accountable for my own. And I choose to keep balance by remembering my Light while focusing inward, not outward—even though I am teaching.


This way of teaching is a new kind of journey for me. I teach another who I know is perfect, whole, and complete.


In that paradox, am I really teaching myself—so as not to forget my own Light?


Being is not passive—it is an active state of alertness, presence, and alignment.

You don’t need to get it right.

You don’t need to get it perfect.

You just need to listen.

Not to noise — to the stillness underneath it.

The world will always try to hand you answers.

But the only ones that last come from within.

Come home to yourself. Again and again.
