Q: How can this practice benefit me?
A: We create in every moment with how we respond to life. Through practicing mindfulness we can use the tools learned to be present in our practice of Being in Alignment. Being present and in Alignment are required for us to create a life we love. These practices extend out to all we do, like play, work, connection.

A: No. All practices are accessible and guided gently, with no prior experience required.

A: You are welcome here. Nothing faith based is introduced or imposed.
